The Reset Retreat: Ananda Ashram

What to Expect

This retreat is a sacred container—a gentle invitation to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself. Everyone is welcome to come exactly as they are, with no experience or expectations required. Together, we’ll explore the practices of yoga, meditation, pranayama, and somatic Breathwork, creating space to reconnect with the body, quiet the mind, and listen inward. Our days will be nourished by three fresh, vegetarian meals, time immersed in nature, and the beauty of devotional song. Come as you are, breathe deeply, move gently, and allow yourself to be held by the practice, the land, and the experience of being together.

Payment plan available. Please email us if youd like to opt into the payment plan.

"Seated firmly in a clean place, controlling the mind and the senses, one should practice yoga for the purification of the self."
Bhagavad Gita, Chapter 6, Verse 12

Meet the Instructors

Yoga teacher, Ayurvedic wellness mentor, and founder of Yogia Wellness. With over 20 years of personal yoga practice and more than a decade of teaching, she weaves Yoga, Ayurveda, Breathwork, and Bhakti into practices that invite deeper self-awareness and connection.

Her approach is grounded in the belief that yoga is not just something we practice on the mat—it is a way of meeting ourselves, navigating life with greater awareness, and returning to what truly matters. Through her teachings and mentorship, Dorita creates spaces where people can slow down, reconnect, and find a sense of balance, presence, and trust within themselves.
